Stay humble. Hustle hard.
If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there.
I've been working in creative fields since graduating college and moving to Atlanta in 2004. For a few years I ran an independent record label where I promoted bands, ran shows and organized music festivals while I worked as a designer full-time. In 2010 it was time to focus fully on design, where my passion truly is. Starting as a print designer, I worked my way up and am currently an Art Director at Realm, an integrated B2B/B2E marketing agency. I've won student and professional awards from organizations including Weyerhaeuser Paper, IABC Atlanta and The American Advertising Federation.
I am passionate about the arts and culture, I'm a member of AIGA Atlanta where I participate in the chapter’s mentorship program to help guide young creatives entering the workforce. I have a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Winthrop University.
Outside of work, I love hands-on creative projects like illustration and printmaking and will be showcasing some of that work at this year's Inman Park Festival. I do pro-bono projects with Collective Agency and Piedmont Park Conservancy, and I volunteer at the Design Help Desk for 48in48. I live in East Lake with my husband, Mike, our dog, Indy and cat, Phoebe.
